Welcome to Pomoking. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and all associated services, including purchases of fresh Bhagwa pomegranates and hand-extracted arils.

By accessing or placing an order on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

To use this website and purchase agricultural products from Pomoking, you must be at least 18 years old or accessing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You represent that all details you provide (such as mobile number and delivery addresses) are accurate, valid, and legally yours.

We specialize in premium fresh pomegranates, specifically the Bhagwa variety, along with fresh arils. Because these are agricultural products:

• Availability is seasonal and subject to crop conditions.
• Slight variations in color, size, and seed structure are natural characteristics of fresh produce.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service to any customer when order volumes exceed safe storage capacities.

All order submissions represent an offer to buy. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons such as supply constraints, invalid shipping addresses, or suspicion of transaction fraud.

Prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable goods and services taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. Payments must be processed through our authorized payment gateways.

We arrange deliveries using temperature-controlled cold-chain partners to preserve freshness. While we make every effort to deliver within your selected timeframe, delivery timelines are estimates and can be influenced by traffic, route diversions, or extreme weather conditions in Mumbai and other urban delivery routes.

Fresh fruits and hand-extracted arils are highly perishable. For health, hygiene, and food safety reasons, returns or refunds are only granted for quality issues (spoilage, damage in transit, incorrect items) reported within 24 hours of delivery. You agree not to misuse our platform by:

• Submitting false details or placing fraudulent cash-on-delivery orders.
• Attempting to compromise the security, data privacy, or backend services of our servers.
• Violating agricultural and food delivery regulations under Indian legislation.

All content on this website, including logos, images, descriptions, branding, domain names, UI graphics, layout patterns, and software, is the exclusive property of Pomoking India. Any unauthorized reproduction, reuse, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Pomoking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product purchase, delivery delays, or temporary unavailability of our platform.

Your personal information is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these terms.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated terms become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform indicates your agreement with the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any purchases are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, controversies, or legal actions arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
